In the Naval Forces, it was reported that Russia strikes the port and harborage infrastructure of Ukraine, which are targeted terrorist attacks. The military forces claim that the aggressor country is responsible for these actions.
The spokesman for the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Dmytro Pletenchuk, stated this on the air of the FREEДОМ TV channel.
"I can highlight two main points. First, that Russia continues its terrorist activities. Russia continues to blatantly lie. They, of course, justify all this in their media field as strikes on military infrastructure, which is not true," the spokesman said.
The military explained that all these facts are recorded and transmitted to international organizations so that the Russian Federation is held accountable for these attacks.
"This is, of course, a bureaucratic international procedure, it is quite complex, but it works. Therefore, it is important," Pletenchuk added.
The spokesman also noted that Russia struck at the Ukrainian port infrastructure even during the operation of the grain deal, in which the Russian Federation itself was a signatory and participant.
"For them, there are no rules or agreements, and they did it even in such a situation. Therefore, there is nothing to be surprised by now," Pletenchuk emphasized.
