Kyiv residents received utility bills with corrections for heating over two years: details.

New heating charges: residents of Pozniaky received an unpleasant surprise
In May, residents of one of the buildings in Kyiv's Pozniaky found themselves in an unpleasant situation due to new charges for heating for the past two years. Apartment owners reported this to 'Glavkom'.
According to the information in the provided bill, the amount charged for heat supply services was 685.26 UAH. Outraged residents contacted the Communal Service Center for clarification, where they were explained the reasons for such charges.
Center representatives explained that the reasons for the charges are factors independent of the service provider, such as the provision of new data, installation of heat energy accounting devices, and others. It was also noted that in April 2025, a redistribution of heat consumption volumes for the building on Dragomanova Street was conducted, which led to adjustments in payments for residents.
The Communal Service Center reminded residents of the necessity to submit meter readings every month. In case of not providing readings for three months, payment is made based on average consumption.
It is necessary to monitor your consumption indicators and timely submit data to avoid additional costs on charges.
