A former employee of the Territorial Defense Center named the scariest job that his colleagues avoided.

Oleksandr Matsko, a war veteran, stated in an interview that the political leadership allowed a failure in mobilization. He noted that attacks on military personnel and their humiliation have become increasingly common, while the police rarely apprehend the perpetrators. Matsko claims that all of this happens due to unjust pressure on the Territorial Integrity Protection Service (TIC).
However, he also acknowledges that there are excesses in the military recruitment offices, but not to the extent portrayed in social media. The veteran added that many circulated videos about 'busification' do not reflect reality. At the same Time, Matsko pointed out that injured soldiers are trying to obtain disability status and get discharged from service in the TIC, as the salary is insufficient and moral pressure is high.
Oleksandr Matsko himself is an injured veteran who suffered serious injuries during the battles for Izium. After a long treatment, he received a second group disability status and was transferred to the military recruitment office.
Having been discharged from service, Matsko moved to Germany, where his family resides. He volunteers by transporting vehicles for the Armed Forces of Ukraine from Europe to Ukraine.
The incident, which was the first case of brutal contempt by citizens towards TIC veterans, prompted a government response. Now, patrol police will accompany military personnel during the delivery of summons.
