Legendary pranker Major Chornobayev talked about the specifics of communicating by phone with Russians.

Ukrainian YouTube blogger Yevhen Volnov shared his pranking methodology. He emphasized the importance of improvisation and 'working on courage'. In an interview, Volnov noted that he does not plan to prank Russians or collaborators, but he is interested in engaging subscribers with his stories. He gives an example where he introduces himself as Major Chornobayev and tells abstract things, yet the subscribers still believe him.
Volnov explains that the reaction of Russian occupiers to news about the death of their relatives can vary. He notes that when subscribers express emotions and feelings, he intensifies the tension so that they express their grief even more. The blogger claims this indicates that Russians sent their loved ones to war to make money.
It doesn't matter whether it is their own life or the loss of family members. The price of a Russian's life is too low. - said Volnov.
Yevhen Volnov obtains contact information of Russian military personnel and their relatives from Ukrainian military members who are in combat zones.
In one prank, Volnov told the relatives of the occupiers that the occupier 'drowned in the toilet' or that a son 'looked into the barrel of a tank and was shot in the head'.
Volnov mentions that sometimes he gets caught in lies because he does not have a Russian accent or he is warned about the prank.
It is worth noting that earlier Russian pranksters joked with the Italian Prime Minister by posing as the President of the African Union.
