Ivo Bobul talked about his pension: 'It is unfair'

The People's Artist of Ukraine Ivo Bobul expressed his disappointment regarding the size of his pension. He is even embarrassed to state the amount he receives every month. In the singer's opinion, it is unfair compared to the high payments that other people receive, including those who have not worked as much as he has. He also noted that there are too many people's artists in Ukraine, and this title no longer holds particular significance. Ivo Bobul asks theaters and organizers not to use his title on posters and simply to call him Ivo Bobul.

In a previous interview, the singer also talked about his income and expenses. He admitted that money is an important part of life, and without it, no one will communicate with us. At the same Time, he considers himself just an ordinary person who is not wealthy. Ivo Bobul added that in other countries, artists earn a lot of money, but in Ukraine, talent has never been properly valued. As for his pension, he is embarrassed to admit that he receives only 5,000 hryvnias a month. According to him, this is not enough to support a large family and provide assistance.
