PFU warned homeowners: important requirements for maintaining payments.

The Pension Fund of Ukraine calls on homeowners to report changes in the number of internally displaced persons for the correct calculation of compensation. Persons who received compensation under the 'Prykhystok' program must timely inform the Pension Fund of any changes. The relevant explanation was published by the official Telegram channel of the PFU.
Homeowners must submit a notification to the Pension Fund of Ukraine on the day of cessation of placement of IDPs or changes in their number. The document can be submitted in paper or electronic form with an updated list of persons residing in the residential premises.
The Pension Fund emphasizes that compensation for an internally displaced person who stopped residing in the residential premises is not provided, but payments are made for other IDPs who live in this accommodation.
These requirements are based on the Procedure for compensating costs for temporary placement of internally displaced persons, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 2022.
Funding for payments for March 2025 has been initiated by the Pension Fund of Ukraine, including pensions, utility subsidies, and sick pay.
Pension recalculation has been carried out since March 1, 2025, in accordance with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers.
The PFU has implemented a new system for verifying pensioners through the State Register of Civil Status Acts of Citizens for automated verification of information about the deaths of pensioners. The verification covers all types of pension payments and is conducted based on semi-annual and annual verifications.
The PFU also explained the reasons for delays in pension payments and provided information on the schedule for financing pensions through bank accounts.
