According to statistics, from 2014 to 2025, water tariffs in Ukraine rose 10-11 times, but the quality of water remained at the same level. With the possibility of lowering standards, the situation may worsen.
The expert noted that the law was agreed upon with water utilities, but the interests of consumers were not taken into account. He criticized the authorities for their lack of attention to consumers' problems.
