Major renovation of kindergarten No. 180 in Kryvyi Rih
In February, the Department of Capital Construction of Dnipropetrovsk ODA signed a contract with LLC 'SK Stroyinvest' for 108.3 million UAH. The work is funded by the local budget and is expected to be completed by the end of 2026. The company received the contract without competition, as no other participants appeared at the auction.
Stroyinvest took the contract without competition. In total, since 2016, they have won tenders in Dnipropetrovsk for 9.4 billion UAH, - investigative journalists report.
Nataliia Lazary owns the company 'Stroyinvest' now, and Serhii Havrylenko is in charge. Kindergarten No. 180 'Duymovochka' was opened in 1987. In 2021, the facility was included in the presidential program 'Great Construction'. Planned works include insulation of the building, replacement of windows with energy-saving ones, installation of warm floors, and arrangement of playgrounds.
Problems with selecting a contractor for the construction of a memorial cemetery
The state planned a tender for the construction of a military memorial cemetery for 1.31 billion UAH, but encountered opposition from the Antimonopoly Committee due to discriminatory requirements. A frontrunner in the tender is 'Avtostrada Group of Companies'.
The National Children's Hospital 'Okhmatdyt' has also announced a tender for major repairs due to damage from Russian aggression for a sum of 367.45 million UAH.
The described news indicates the fruitful activity of construction companies in Ukraine and the arising problems in conducting tender procedures due to conflicting situations with the Antimonopoly Committee.
