On Thursday, November 21, forecasters predict complicated weather in the Kyiv region. This was reported by the press service of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center on Facebook.
Residents of Kyiv and the region should be prepared for cloudy skies with heavy rain and wet snow. The roads will be icy. The air temperature will fluctuate from 0 to 3 degrees. The wind will reach 7-12 m/s and will blow from the northwest.
'At night, heavy, during the day moderate rain and wet snow, in some places wet snow sticking, icy roads. The wind is north-west, 7-12 m/s. Temperature at night and during the day 0-3 degrees above zero,' it is reported.
Forecasters warn of dangerous meteorological phenomena in Kyiv and the region. The first level of danger - yellow - has been announced.
'Such weather conditions may create problems for energy and utilities, as well as lead to disruptions in transport,' warns the Hydrometeorological Center.
