Drones attacked the Smolensk region of the Russian Federation (video).

Last night, in the city of Safonovo in the Smolensk region of Russia, an attack took place by unknown drones, local media reports. The attack was likely aimed at the enterprise AT 'Avangard', which is part of the missile manufacturing holding AT 'VPK 'NUO Machine Engineering'. In 2013, this holding merged with AT 'Corporation 'Tactical Missile Weapons'.
The enterprise is already serially producing transport-launch containers and bodies of solid-fuel rocket engines, armor elements, and anti-radiation protection for armored vehicles, as well as radio-transparent shelters.
In addition, a 'Carpet' plan was introduced at Pulkovo airport in Saint Petersburg due to the threat of drone attacks. Flights for departures and arrivals were suspended.
In total, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation stated that 16 drones were shot down overnight: 10 over the Bryansk region, and three each over the Smolensk, Belgorod, Pskov, and Leningrad regions.
This occurred on the 1046th day of the full-scale war. Over the past day, Russian military forces carried out five missile strikes and 45 airstrikes, using 10 missiles and 58 KAB. In addition, they deployed 847 kamikaze drones and carried out about 4000 shellings of our troops' positions and populated areas.
