What is needed to end the war — Sybiha responded.


Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha expressed his opinion on the possible end of the war in Ukraine. According to him, this could stem from the USA and the imposition of sanctions against Russia.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Saturday, July 12.
Ending the war in Ukraine
The minister believes that three main principles must be adhered to in order to end the war in Ukraine. First, it is the active involvement and leadership of the USA.
Also important is the increasing cost for Russia from further aggression through enhanced sanctions and preventing the aggressor country from isolation.
Moreover, strengthening Ukraine and bolstering its defense is also an important aspect.
'Now is a crucial Time for seeking a diplomatic resolution to the conflict to ensure lasting peace. The Ukrainian people deserve a peaceful life,' noted Sybiha.
