Since the beginning of autumn 2024, changes have taken place within the territorial recruitment and social support centers in Ukraine. In total, about 70% of servicemen who are fit for service due to health reasons have been transferred to combat units. This was reported by the Ground Forces, which are responsible for the operations of the Military Recruitment Centers and Social Support. The specific number of servicemen in these centers has not been disclosed by the military representatives, but the information is shared in percentages.'Almost all who are fit have been sent to the front,' the Ground Forces stated.The command of the General Staff to review the staff of rear units of all types of troops was issued at the end of 2024 - beginning of 2025. Its purpose was to ensure an adequate number of military personnel to maintain the front. In this regard, security companies were reduced or reassigned to infantry units. Also, participants of combat operations with injuries and men over 50 years old who were recently mobilized were sent to the front.As a result, a new wave of military personnel with combat experience and injuries joined the Military Recruitment Centers. They make up about 50% of the total number of personnel. Additionally, about 20% of civilian employees are permanently working in the centers to ensure their functionality.New heads of the Military Recruitment Centers and Social Support have been appointed since the beginning of the major war.
