- Butter – 100 g;
- Homemade quark – 350 g;
- Sugar – 160 g;
- Sour cream – 250 g;
- Vanilla sugar – 10 g;
- Gelatin – 15 g;
- Water – 50 ml;
- Black currants – 250 g.
How to prepare it:
Soak the gelatin in water and don't rush – it must swell like mother's thickener. Crumble the cookies and mix them with the butter, then press them into a mold. Place in the refrigerator and at dusk, whip the quark, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla. Melt the gelatin and add it to the mixture. Gently place the berries into the quark with a spoon and pour everything over the cookies. Put it back in the refrigerator until it is well chilled.
