Teenagers staged a riot in Dnipro to Russian music against the backdrop of the tragedy in Sumy.

In Dnipro, teenagers provoked the public in the city center for two days. They listened to loud Russian music with obscene words, filmed videos for TikTok, and published them with provocative headlines like 'Destruction of Varus'. This was reported by the local publication 056.ua, citing 'Glavkom'.
The incident took place on April 13 at the Varus supermarket. The teenagers entered the store and provocatively turned on a recording with vulgar words. One of them even climbed onto a cart with drinks, while the others filmed it all for social media.

The next day, April 14, a new video of the event titled 'Meetup 2' appeared on the same TikTok account. Several dozen teenagers gathered near the 'Most City' shopping mall. They danced, lifted each other in the air, and some even wore masks or had a fake horse head. During this, they blocked the passage.
This happened on the day of mourning for those killed by the Russian missile strike in Sumy. Social media users mourned such behavior from the teenagers.
It should be noted that police from Kyiv and the SBU found the young men who were listening to Russian music in Podil, Kyiv. They were brought to administrative responsibility. During a social media check, the police discovered a video where a group of guys loudly played music from Russian performers in the street. Despite the remarks from passersby and reminders about the tragedy in Sumy, where people died from the missile strike, the boys did not stop listening to Russian music and, on the contrary, made it louder, mocking citizens.
Analysis:
The behavior of these teenagers is unacceptable and has a negative impact. They deliberately provoke and offend others using vulgar language and loud Russian music. These events are not only illegal, but their immediate cessation is essential for maintaining public order and respect for others. It is necessary for social services and law enforcement agencies to intervene to punish the guilty parties and to educate responsible behavior among teenagers in society and towards others.
