Russia is mobilizing its population for the war against Ukraine
The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported that Russia plans to mobilize a sufficient number of individuals for the military conflict with Ukraine. According to officials, the Russian authorities are making efforts to increase financial incentives for those willing to fight.
The main composition of the so-called 'volunteers' consists of people in difficult situations and youth who are easily influenced by Kremlin propaganda.
In various parts of Russia, the one-Time payment for joining the army has been increased to several million rubles, indicating problems with replenishing military units.
It was previously claimed that the occupiers are trying to consolidate near two settlements in Sumy region.
