Ukrainians who left Ukraine due to the war and moved to Poland can receive assistance with renting apartments. This was reported by the Habitat for Humanity Poland Foundation. Within the special program "Krok do Domu" (Step to Home), support is provided to Ukrainians in searching for and renting housing.
Program participants receive consultations on renting an apartment, as well as financial support in partial reimbursement of costs for real estate services, deposit or rent, as well as the possibility of receiving assistance for language courses or professional training.
Participation requirements:
- Sign a lease agreement for a period of at least one year.
- Have a stable monthly income from 3000 to 4500 zlotys (depending on the region of residence).
It is also necessary to confirm departure from Ukraine after February 24, 2022 to receive assistance.

It is worth reminding that in Poland they explained to Ukrainians what consequences await them for non-payment of utility bills.
