Ukrposhta has started sending summons: conscripts have two weeks.

On Tuesday, September 17, the first centralized exchange of electronic summonses between territorial recruitment centers (TRC) and JSC "Ukrposhta" took place.
According to the received information, about 6 thousand summonses for calling conscripts were automatically transferred from all TRCs to the servers of "Ukrposhta". It is important to note that the decision on whom exactly to send the summonses was made not at the level of local TRCs.
Summonses generated by the Register of conscripts and signed with electronic signatures of TRC heads were printed by "Ukrposhta" and are now being sent to the home addresses of conscripts via registered letters. Each summons contains a special QR code that confirms its authenticity.
Conscripts are given 14 days to report to the TRC. The summons is considered delivered in the following cases:
- The person received the postal item
- The person refused to receive the item
- The person is absent at the address of residence reported to the TRC
- The person is absent at the registered place of residence address if they did not report another address to the TRC
In case of no-show according to the summons, administrative liability is provided. Violators will be brought to the TRC by the police based on requests from the relevant centers. If delivery is impossible, violators may be deprived of the right to drive vehicles through the court until the TRC requirements are met.
The validity of the received summons can be checked by scanning the QR code using a smartphone with the "Reserve+" app.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine also confirmed that several fines can be imposed simultaneously for violating each stage of military registration.
