Volyn Regional TCC starts sending summons by mail.

The Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support of the Volyn region began sending summons to reservists and conscripts by mail. This was announced by the spokesperson of the regional TCC, Uliana Kravchuk, in a comment for 'Suspilne'.
Summonses are sent by registered mail to the address provided by the conscript or to their last place of registration.
According to the spokesperson, the day of receipt of the registered letter is considered as confirmation of the service of the summons. A document from the postal operator will confirm this.
'Even if the addressee for some reason could not receive the summons, such a summons (sent by registered mail) is considered properly served,' noted Kravchuk.
The regional TCC also reported that if the conscript does not appear by the set date at the Recruitment Center after receiving the letter, they will face administrative liability. District TCCs send a fine imposition order by registered mail.
Recall, the Ministry of Social Policy explained why the TCC cannot see disability information in the 'Oberih' register.
As reported earlier, territorial recruitment and social support centers can mobilize even a reserved person if they did not report their reservation.
