Pay three times more 'for unknown reasons': new bills shock Ukrainians.

Starting from April, residents of Kyiv will be required to pay more for the maintenance of their homes. This was reported by the director of the NGO 'Institute of the City' Oleksandr Serhienko. He noted that residents will have to pay 'for unknown reasons, but known amounts.'
Serhienko believes that new tariffs have been forcibly imposed on people, and they must pay without explanations. The responsibility for this lies with the Kyiv City Military Administration.
In April, Kyiv residents will receive bills with new tariffs, where the costs for servicing homes will increase twofold or even threefold. It is worth noting that this increase only applies to apartment buildings without homeowners' associations or other management.
Earlier, Luzenko warned Ukrainians about the increase in tariffs for gas, heating, and water.
