Zelensky revealed the losses of Ukrainians in the war.


President Volodymyr Zelensky reported that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, fewer than 80,000 people have died in battles with the Russian Federation. He stated this in an interview with Kyodo News. The Ukrainian leader emphasized that many fewer people had died than was stated in the American press.
According to the data from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, in November, the Russian army suffered the greatest losses in personnel since the beginning of the invasion - over 45,000 military personnel. Overall, since the beginning of the war with Ukraine, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russian Federation has lost about 743,920 killed and injured. Oleksandr Syrskiy, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, also noted that the losses of Russian occupants at the front this autumn exceeded all expectations.
