Zelensky imposed sanctions by the NSDC against Arestovych and 8 others.

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, signed a decree on the application of personal sanctions against nine individuals, including former presidential office advisor Oleksiy Arestovych and blogger Myroslav Oleshko. The sanctions include asset blocking, deprivation of state awards, restrictions on trade operations, a ban on media distribution in Ukraine, and termination of licenses. Zelensky explained that these individuals promote the interests of the Russian state and harm Ukraine.
The sanctions have also been applied to political scientist Kostiantyn Bondarenko, Russian propagandist Anastasia Kashevarova, and others. Among them are seven individuals with Ukrainian citizenship. Furthermore, the president introduced sanctions against 76 individuals and 81 legal entities, including the son of former Prime Minister Oleksiy Azarov, CEO of 'Rosatom' Oleksiy Likhachov, and Russian companies 'Novolipetsk Steel', 'Stoylensky Mining and Processing Plant', and the group 'Novatek'. Zelensky stated that efforts are underway to encourage other countries to also support restrictions against these individuals.
The sanctions are aimed at companies supplying goods for Russian military production, as well as those supporting the occupiers in Crimea and in certain territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
