Zelensky Met with Bipartisan US Congress Delegation.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky met with a delegation of the United States Congress.
The meeting was attended by Senators Ben Cardin, Dan Sullivan, Christopher Murphy and House Representative Gregory Meeks, the President's Office reported.
"We are grateful for the support of both parties and both chambers of the US Congress, President Biden. And, of course, we are here to thank your people," said the head of state.
He detailed the situation on the front lines, the progress of the operation in the Kursk region, the needs of Ukrainian warriors, and the importance of timely delivery of defense packages.
Special attention was paid to the Victory Plan, which this week Volodymyr Zelensky will present to President Joseph Biden, the US Congress, and both presidential candidates.
"This is a very specific plan on how to strengthen Ukraine without any decisions or pressure from Russia. This plan does not depend on any decisions by Putin," added the head of state.
During the meeting, the prospects for implementing rebuilding projects were also discussed. On the eve of winter, one of the key areas is strengthening the Ukrainian energy system. In addition, Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized the importance of strengthening sanctions against the Russian Federation.
