The Pension Fund emphasizes the need to report changes in documents or personal data of pensioners. This can happen at any stage of the pension process and requires updating information and changing documents to receive a pension.
It is necessary to inform the Pension Fund about the following circumstances:
- obtaining a new Ukrainian citizen passport;
- loss or theft of passport and obtaining a new one;
- change of surname, first name, or patronymic;
- change of residence;
- moving to a permanent place of residence abroad.
A pensioner must notify the Pension Fund of these changes within 10 days.
To make changes to the pension case on the Pension Fund's web portal, you must:
- authorize using an EDS;
- select the section "Regarding pension provision" in the left menu;
- create an application for changes of the appropriate category;
- send the application to the Pension Fund.
The web portal allows you to submit the following applications to change the pension case:
- change of pension payment method;
- change of bank details;
- payment of pensions to non-working family members;
- transfer of payment from post office to Oschadbank without a bank account;
- change of personal data of the pensioner.
Note that in August, people who turn 70, 75, and 80 will receive a pension. This is provided by the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution No. 168 dated February 24, 2023. The surcharge is calculated if the total pension amount does not reach the average salary level in Ukraine for 2020.
