Russia may withdraw part of the occupiers from Ukraine: ISW named the reason.

According to a report by the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW), the Russian command may withdraw some of the troops from the Kharkiv region after the losses suffered by Wagner PMC mercenaries in Mali.
Analysts suggest that the African Corps lacks the means to properly replace Wagner in Mali, as soldiers from this unit were deployed in Ukraine to fight in the north of the Kharkiv region.
The large-scale replacement of Wagner after the losses incurred during a recent ambush will likely lead to the redeployment of some African Corps fighters in Mali away from the front line in Ukraine, and the Russian military command is likely not considering a full replacement of Wagner in Mali or elsewhere in the Sahel as a priority task at this Time
Several Russian military bloggers claim that the Russian Ministry of Defense is upset by Wagner's losses and may use this incident as a pretext to halt the deployment of militants in the Sahel and fully replace them with African Corps units from the Ministry of Defense.
Recall that in Mali, the Tuareg rebel movement CSP-PSD successfully attacked a group of Russian Wagner mercenaries and Malian junta soldiers. In the battles that lasted two days, the rebels captured armored vehicles, trucks, and tankers. Among the dead fighters was the administrator of the propaganda Telegram channel "Grey Zone".
Also in Mali, CSP-DPA fighters shot down two helicopters of the Wagner private military company.
